I think alcohol is disgusting, too. It disappoints me the amount of people who drink it... I can't help but lose respect for people who drink :\
I find it very hard to find anyone else who actually hates it. I don't just hate it for it's horrible taste, I prefer to be in control of myself and stay sober.
I hate alcohol too. First time I had beer was when I was really little, and it was my dads open bottle sitting on the counter. I hated it. Then when I was around 11 or 12 years old I went to a slumber party/barbeque, and we snuck around to taste her mom's pina colada. Then later that night we wanted to be more daring. We snuck in the fridge at like 2 in the morning to drink her dads beers. Long story short... THAT WAS THE WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!
I found that the fruity drinks are really good, but I had a bad experience in The Bahamas with those too. I just kept drinking them, and too many, too fast. Not a good idea. So I've decided, I'm just gonna stay away from anything containing alcohol. It's gross anyway.
I totally get you, I hate alcohol too, I tried some when I was little once and it tasted disguisting, I've gone off it ever since. I don't mind it if it's just a little in something like cakes, but stuff like wine, or wiskey, vodka, etc, is just... EWWWWWWWW. >_<
My Dad drinks beer sometimes and I can always tell because he reeks of it afterwards. I hate that smell.
Whatever floats your boat. I like alcohol, but no one says you have to. That's just preference.
Doesn't mean judge anyone who does drink, that one poster above me. Why don't you just respect the fact that everyone likes their own thing and let them be? I'm never anything but lucid when I'm drinking, because I know moderation ;)
No one is forcing you to drink it. I don't drink tea but the amount of times people make the assumption and make me a cup without my asking. Especially in this country. I'm so polite that if I wasn't violently allergic to it, I'd probably drink it just to avoid the awkward situation.
