Yes, the carrots would make you orange. I'm not sure if drinking concentrated tomato juice can also have a similar effect.
but that is a change of diet and I don't think everyone wants to do so. Plus there is no blue.
Touché. Although, it is reversible - the carrots are, not the argyria (I think) - so I guess that's a plus. Just depends how dedicated one is to being colourful, I guess.
And argyria can make you blue-ish. Google it!
