Its normal to get your sleeping schedule messed up, but its not necessarily good for you.
Don't you have things to do during the day, like a job or school or something, or does this just happen during holidays?
Basically you can make an effort to sort your sleeping schedule out, by going to bed at reasonable times. You may be surprised how easily you fall asleep. If you consciously try to fix yourself and keep up the schedule then I'm sure itll work.
