Is it normal i get turned on randomly during the day?

So pretty simple, ever since I was pretty young, I get extremely aroused at random times of day with seemingly no stimulation. It can be really overpowering, and it happens quite frequently. Like 15 or so times a day. Oh and during the school year, when I'm in trig. It happens everyday and it really messes with my focus and performance
