Some people are just never warm, and dress "hot" all the time. Used to work with a very beautiful, waist-length black-haired woman who, no matter time of year, wore heavy clothes, under armor shirts under her tops, bulky sweaters..It would be June, and you'd see her wearing huge sweaters, sweatshirts, thick jeans..We didn't understand why..Still don't think I do.
