It bothers me if they're kicking my chair on a plane or in a waiting room.
I was in the doctor's once and a man sitting behind me was doing this to my chair. I kept looking round and giving him dirty looks and I swear that I was just about to scream at him, "Are you here to be treated for st. vitus dance!?" when the doctor called my name.
One positive thing though - kids who move constantly like this are unlikely to ever become obese.
