Omg you will hate me with a passion then. I ALWAYS do that. As a matter of fact my leg is shaking as I type this (and I wasn't aware that I was doing this). Its an extreme habit of mine. When I do that it keeps me calm. But don't you think that maybe you a bit too harsh about it. I think that most people that do this don't realize they're doing it until someone points it out.
