You people who are telling OP he should've known are very ignorant.
A shrink told me 30 years ago, when these operations were quite rare, that after surgery was completed the patients used to be sent off to a gyneocologist for an internal examination and that not one was picked up as being post-op! And what's more, not one of the so-called "women's specialists" noticed that none of them had a clitoris!
