Is it normal i get sick every febuary?

I live in a country where we have cold dry winters and every single Feb, going on for about 4 years now, Ive gotten sick(common cold sometimes flu) in this month. Im going to become a shut in next year this time.

Is It Normal?

  • This is the first year in like 10 yrs I didnt get sick when summer started *June* perfectly normal.

  • start taking vitamins everyday to help build up your immune system. especially vitamin C.

  • I also get flu almost during all of winter,after I got major sickness years ago.(It healed,but my overall health is weaken since then)So,I say you're normal but better to search a way to support your immune system(me too,and searching)

  • Id say normal...every single Oct or Nov, in the beginning of fall...I get sick with a cold. Sometimes in May when spring comes also, always seems to be when the weather changes.

  • Well it's summer where I'm and every feb I get cold soars.. Without miss for as long as I can remember
