Is it normal i get pimples on my head

Is it normal that when I'm about to have my period I don't break out on my face but I get a two or three on my head. Is this normal?

    I use castille soap and it cleared mine right up in a few weeks, the soap will dry out so get some coconut oil but make sure its extra virgin and raw. Use the coconut oil first and let sit for a few min and then use castile soap to wash oil. The could is non clogging and antibacterial so wont make acne worse good luck and avoid stress and maybe try tanning!
