I think you're being paranoid, they're probably just laughing at something else, not you. No one is that interested in anyone other than themselves. I used to be really self-conscious and thought people were laughing or mocking me, but actually they were just laughing and happened to be looking at me. People might think you're laughing at them when really you're not
