I was reading something in psychology that sounds like this. I can't remember the exact name of the condition but it's something like Bipolar Disorder Not Otherwise Specified disorder. It's basically similar to bipolar disorder but doesn't have all the symptoms to qualify as "bipolar" disorder.
Also if you're a girl maybe you're PMSing. I usually get like that a week before i start my period and the first 2 days I'm on it as well.
