The last few jobs I have had (work experience) if I see my boss I would get nervous as i know he has the ability to fire me or he may be thinking what was i thinking employing him? it just makes me anxious. iin?
I know but I panik about messing the job up, or i panik, think to much about what other people think of me. I think what if he thinks what was I do emplying him? I just get so nervous, even at the thought of being around the boss
You maybe haven't been in this job very long. When you really know what you are doing you won't be so nervous, it sounds like you're still learning. It's understandable that you're nervous but you will get over it!!
Calm down, it doesn't matter what the others think. Take each day as it comes, there's no point worrying. You will know soon enough if the boss isn't happy.
You are there to make the boss' job easier and they want to be able to count on you. That's a lot of pressure, but it's normal to feel it. Don't let it bog you down though, no job or employer is worth your optimal health.
You sound like one of those brown noses who only work when the boss is around. Do your job good all the time, and then there's no need to worry.
