I'm that height and I used to be that weight. I'm 114 now. I can tell you right now I wasn't fat. I had visible ribs poking out, a thigh gap, and a bony ass. I still do now, but yeah, that's not fat. Lol

That’s actually ridiculous. People think I’m lying when I say that I weigh 132 at 5”3. My ribs and collar bones stick out, I have a slight thigh gap and I have quite a lot of muscle mass. If I were any smaller than 125 I’d look unhealthy.

Weight and height isn't really enough to go on. You'd need to know her muscle mass and body fat percentage to determine if she'd actually look fat.
