Oded here, Orthostatic Hypotension. A sudden bout of momentary brain static caused by blood pressure change due to the heart rate increasing to compensate the higher blood flow from the extra exertion of energy. Which is normal. If it becomes a consistent cycle, I would look into your diastolic and systolic levels to determine a threat of high blood pressure. In which case, cut sodium intake in half.
