The skidmarks might be digestive issues. Up the fiber and water intake. If you suspect one of the foods you eat is the problem then try to find out which one it is and eliminate it.
Sometimes it can just only happen out of nowhere. I used to be able to digest dairy just fine then out of the blue I couldn't anymore:All it did was clog me and give me gas. The same goes for artificial sweeteners. Perhaps the chicken, the chocolate, or something in the chicken and chocolate is causing it? Perhaps you should do a change in diet and see what happens?

I really only eat two foods: chicken and chocolate. And I've always done. It's strange this is only just happening.
