They have had access to real education for a long time now. Harvard currently pays FULL tuition if you are black. And they have guaranteed spots in all the best schools today. Same goes for women and others.
A long time? Historically speaking no, not really. There are still a lot of black people in America who remember not being able to vote or even share a bus with white people. What have we invented since then? Most of it can't be attributed to a single person and a lot of modern technologies came out of Asia.
Also, I wouldnt say black Harvard Students arent doing much, as I'm pretty sure one of them became president.

Lets stick with inventions, every brick you see layed a man put it there. Look all around you now you'll see "white man did this" Electronic devices East Asians like Japan, cmon there's your exception but lets get real here
