As I explained in another comment when I had taken a cat I had a few years ago to the vet the vet told me to give my cat aspirin but no more than 81 mg. Nonetheless, Eli is just fine and he is a very big and healthy male cat today. The aspirin took his fever away and without it, he would have died because it wasn't until after I had given him about 1/4 of a baby aspirin his fever went down and he began to eat. The day I had given him the aspirin, I had gone to the vet at 7 am but they told me to come back in two hours since they were not open yet. So, I went back home and gave him a little bit of an aspirin because he couldn't hold his head up or move around and had a very high temp. If it wouldn't had been for the turnaround, I was going back to the vet to have him put down. 30 mins after giving it to him, he was drinking fluid and I had gotten him lickable treats and he had most of it gone.
Glad it worked out for you and Eli, and that previous experience meant you knew what you were doing.
I only highlighted that in case other cat-owners reading your account concluded it was fine to stuff aspirin down the throat of unwell cats.
(Paracetamol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen are also toxic to cats, paracetamol particularly so, since one regular strength tablet can be toxic, and another within 24 hours fatal.)
IIN I feel some hate or anger towards my second cat?

I have no idea what's going on in your head, but I have to wonder why you forced aspirin into the unwell Eli, since aspirin is toxic to cats:
