Is it normal i feel disgusting after masterbating?

I used to be like "what the fuck am I doing?" Now, it's like, "what the fuck, it's 1 in the morning and I have school tomorrow!"

I've heard of it before, I think it's repressed Catholic guilt or something.

I think it's very common to feel that way. I tend to retreat into my own personal, perverted imaginary world that serves the sole purpose of intensifying my arousal and giving me the strongest possible climax. Shortly after, I do feel a little disgusted with my thoughts. That imaginary place is nothing I would want anything to do with outside of sexual pleasure. So once I've come to, I just discard those twisted fantasies until the next time. They have no impact on my life otherwise.

I fully believe it's nothing to be ashamed about. Sex is the whole entire reason any of us are here, without it, humans nor animals wouldn't exist.

There's only three things you can do - Either stop masturbating, masturbate but bear your (in my opinion, wrong sense of guilt), or try to masturbate without feeling guilty.

I literally just got back from having sex with a girl ive no intention of seeing again and i don't even feel guilty one bit, why? because sex is the best thing in the world, to deny yourself sexual pleasure is to deny one of the greatest joys in life.

Very common, especially with women. I am male and have experienced this. The guilt/shame/paranoia/awkwardness is being created because you have conflicting emotions, you WANT to masturbate to porn yet you feel it may be immoral/weird/against religious doctrines etc.

Your brain wants to reach a definitive conclusion. But there is really nothing wrong with masturbation or porn in which those involved are consensual (agreeing to be filmed doing whatever it is).

You may or may not want to stop masturbating/watching porn until you have read up more on the subject.

But if you don't come to a conclusion you will continue to have these conflicting ideologies.

Think of it this way, should harmless sexual pleasure be considered "perverted" or "wrong"?
