Every one else already said it we all have to learn to adapt to the situaitons were in thinking no one else is doing it is your only issue and its not a very big one.
I feel bad that you put yourself thru so much pain over things that you probly have no control over. I feel that way about even actual pedos becos as with any gender thing or orientation thing we don't choose them only what we do about them. That doesn't mean I can excuse a pedo for what they really do but I can feel sadness for them for the thing they have to try to live with it can't be an easy thing to do.
I think you could lighten up on yourself and I hope you find a way to do it its not an easy thing but no one deserves your forgiveness more than you do.
