I don't know if your still having this issue or if you found out what was wrong but I was having this issue as well for about 2 or 3 months but I was also having excruciating pain on the right side neck and shoulder i dont know if you have or had any pain like that but i ended up having to have my gallbladder removed. its not likely that that is your problem you probably just had a virus like others said I just came across this while looking around on this site and thought I'd share about my similar issue.
