    if you are throwing up without the runs that is worse, the runs is good it means the bug is leaving your body, bring it on!

      I don't think that's how that works. Vomiting combined with diarrhoea is much more dangerous than vomiting alone, because both dehydrate you. If you're losing fluids through diarrhoea, and you can't keep fluids down, you can die.

        yes i should have said after the vomiting finishes diarrhoea gets rid of the bug, doc told me this, my mistake

          It's ok. I don't really understand how that would work either, but it's less scary, at least.
