I think a lot of people here are 13, but try to act like they're 18. If the minimum age was 17, they'd say they were 17.
Just sayin.
Other than that, I think it's normal to not feel very mature, especially if your home environment is the same as when you were that age and you have the same rules.
And, if your room is still full of little girl crap, think about changing it.
