Is it normal i fear theres something in my vagina?

Okay this is crazy but sometimes i fear that there is something in my vagina that is not suppose to be there...like a tampon i forgot about (even tho i dont use them) or a condom that slipped off (even tho they dont) This doesnt really affect me consiously but I find myself having regular nightmares about finding things up there from pieces of plastic to dead alien feutus'. I just wonder is this a genuine fear or am i just completely bonkers! Help me!

    Maybe you read or saw what you described and it's just a fear you have of it. Maybe there is something inside your vagina, but I'm sure you would know if there was.

        Try sleeping in your underwear, hopefully in your dreams you'll remember that you're wearing knickers and that nothing can get in there. Just a suggestion, but you've probably already tried that lol.
