It would only be "normal" if you hadn't met her until she was grown. Close relatives can be extremely attracted to each other if they didn't grow up together.
The next time you catch her checking your equipment out, you can say, "Can I ask you something?".... If she doesn't scream and never want to see you again, I guess you could get it on.
