It is quite normal and I fight that urge every day. There are a lot of people who are alive ONLY because I don't want to spend the rest of my life in prison for killing them. Most people are just sheep who would be easy to kill. I've made rifle shots from 1/4 to 1/2 a mile and one just beyond a mile away.
Honestly, I hope there will be a zombie apocalypse or some other such disaster so I can kill anyone I damn well please. I grew up hunting deer and turkey, which are extremely difficult to stalk. Humans' senses are not nearly as keen as those of game animals and would be easy to stalk and eliminate. Truth be told, I'd probably have a huge collection of skulls after a collapse of civilization.
