I have psoriasis also. It's a mean bugger. And the itch is awful.
Now, step mom in law died from scratching hers so much she got it infected and the infection went to her blood. It weakened her heart and she died. She had psoriasis so bad it covered most of her body.
Is it normal I enjoy scratching my scalp?

So, think again about scratching till you bleed.
