Yes,i think its normal. As a woman i haqve often called my partner at the time " Daddy " though it is definitly not my first choice. Most of the time i like to call my partner " chuckles " after the memory of a pet bulldog i had as a child Chuckles used to keep me warm at night and was my first. Yes, it's normal!
