Is it normal I eat so much? Any way to prevent it?

  • It depends. I don't have enought knowledge to know if this is an actual dissorder. If this isn't an actual problem and you just like eating a lot, I have a suggestion; spicy foods. Apparantly spicy foods make you feel more full. There is also some sort of berry that you can eat that makes you full aswell.

        • I auctully do not excersise anymore. I just stay this wieght. I am always hugry and eat alot of protein.

          • If you don't exercise what is the point in eating shit loads of protein? Your body cannot store it. In a general day what exactly do you eat?
