I'm sure it's more dangerous to clean a cat litter box, muck a horse stall...getting a patasite from meat and one that actually negatively affects your health is exceedingly rare. Not likely at all to end badly unless OP has a compromised immune system and just so happens upon the rare tainted meat is probably less than winning the powerball.
Is it normal I eat raw meat a lot?

Pointing out the extremely low chances of negative effects isn't 'aggressively defending' it.
