Yes, it's technically "normal" to drink on meds. Antidepressants don't usually stop people from drinking, although some are particularly dangerous (Cymbalta can destroy your liver, lithium causes dehydration).
No, it isn't healthy and three times a week seems really excessive for someone on four very powerful drugs. I drink on drugs like Lexapro and Zoloft, and while it isn't really recommended, it's not nearly as extreme as what you're doing.
I'm on both the ones you mentioned (cymbalta & lithium) as well as zyprexia and provigil. I've told my doc I drink on them too and she said lots of patients drink on their meds though it's not recommended. I've been doing it for years now.
