Is it normal i dream of being a hermit?

I would love to stay home forever. I can't stand going to stores, going to work, going anywhere but home. I know I have some form of social anxiety but my dr doesn't take it seriously. I don't even like to walk outside my house. I think I Could be perfectly happy staying in my house forever. Is this normal?

    I live in my truck and sleep on the side of logging trails, remote dirt roads, etc. Life is quiet. The way of the hermit is not for everyone.

    I'm considered by others to be lonely and isolated. I beg to differ. While, I love spending time at home and around my house, I crave to go on solo adventures outside. But, I'm concerned about my safety and therefor, I have yet to do this.

    I feel that way too. I am just getting sick of dealing with assholes everywhere I go. When I do go out, I carry a pad a and pencil and write down how many assholes piss me off throughout the day. Ha ha.

    I'm not sure if it'd be considered "normal", but I know many people do at least dream of it from time to time, or persistently. Personally I'm trying to plan my life around the idea of "living at home" :)
