  • dad thanks for your advice.i understant what the difficulties are.apart from that i usually dont use the internet for creating friendships.i ve tried but with no results.as far as tha bars are concerned,the majority of people have friends around them...i mean i cant go alone and waiting for someone to talk to me...can i?its nice to have lots of friends gay straight bi etc...personally i dont have many friends and i live in an environment that is extremely difficult for others to accept your sexual identity...i have many issues to solve...lol lol..thank you anyway...

    • I don't think you really go alone either (debatable I'm sure)
      You will need to find someone (even a straight person) to accompany you there. If presently you are alone in that regard, then it comes down to your interests. ie If you like netball, join a netball team. If you like shopping, I'm pretty sure most cities have those 'shopping' bus tours. I mean even a tupperware party!

      It is hard starting from scratch. ie Zero friends or family?
      Just talk with anyone. It may feel a bit crazy at times but its not. When I've been at the shops and someone says, wow its a hot day today (or any passing comment) you could reply yes rather be out partying but I'm new to town and without many friends yet (or something similar). You'll be amazed howmnany people will want to help you.

      Its about socializing and confidence. We all just DO IT. Even in fear!
