    Yeah I think most gay bars and clubs are filled with people wanting to fuck and little else. They aren't environments conducive to making friends.

    Perhaps you need to try somewhere else? For example, join some LGBT group that arranges social activities. Something which isn't focused on alcohol and sex.

      hmm i agree with you but unfortunately here in greece tha lgbt community isnt well organized,there arent events or something like that,there are only those clubs you can meet people from your sexual group...

        I've Googled and it seems that there are many annual LGBT events, especially in Athens, Mykonos and Lesbos (unsurprisingly). Gazi in Athens is even becoming a gay village!
