If you judge or make fun of large people, you will find that someone will end up in your life that you fall in love with on some level, and they will be large. It will teach you a big lesson that we all have reasons why we are the size we are and it's not such a simple thing as you once thought it was, trust me. With the way it is now a lot of children grow up to be overweight because their parents made unhealthy food choices when they were very young and then they battle it forever.
Also just to humour the zombie apocalypse scenario I think the larger one is, the better chance they will survive. We won't be able to go outside to get food since we will be hunkered down with our windows boarded up so the zombies can't get in and we will be living off our 3 day supply of food, therefore those with the most amount of body fat will survive the longest in reality. At that time we will envy all those that weigh 1000 lbs I'd bet.
