    Discharge does not stay in the vagina. It oozes out between periods, and without underwear it will get on the clothes.

      Spot on!
      I've had people over that didn't wear underwear (but had a short skirt on) and they left nasty looking vaginal discharge on my chairs. Other times I've lent clothing out to people who turned out not to wear panties and the same result would happen. In one case there were friggin skid marks. Yuck!

      As a female I've never had discharge that leaves the vagina. Maybe I'm rare but I've never had it on my underwear.

    Totally fine if you don't want to wear underwear, it's up to you. Just make sure you wash your trousers/skirts etc after every wear or it will get unhygienic down there. You don't want thrush, BV or cystitis.

        Tampons are for periods. If there's no period all the tampon is going to do is absorb all of the natural vaginal fluids and cause chafing and itching. (I know because I did it once. I had an irregular period, knew it was coming and didn't know exactly when, so I used a tampon just in case. It was a stupid thing of me to do. Lol)

          No , I know what you mean though. The clear mucus-like substance but that legitimately never gets on my underwear. I can feel it sometimes but it stays in? Lol I didn't know it got on underwear as I've never had that happen. Maybe I use the bathroom to pee too many times a day which wipes it away before it builds up? lol
