Is it normal: I don't want to have sex, at all?

It may depend on what you're seeking from the marriage with him and what he's seeking.

If you plan to never have sex with him when you're married, that would be unfair to him in my opinion. Unless of course he doesn't want sex either.

Don't get me wrong, I believe that it's perfectly fine to wait until you're ready.
However if you're planning marriage, both of you need to consider what your partner's wants and desires are as well.
