I've had a friend who's like this, and I felt the same as you. Exactly like liiaaa3 said: she's probably just worried about you. I know that it would be really awkward to tell her to leave you alone for a while, but she won't get the message unless you say.
Fyi, my situation was resolved when my friend went away for the summer, and when he came back I was ready hang out again.
