I can't imagine being so turned off a band that I would refuse to go with a partner or a friend who wanted me to go with them (unless it was really expensive). I can't really make myself hate music that much. That said: if you do feel that strongly, then just don't go. Make sure you don't sound dismissive of the band or trivialising of her love for them; if you do she might be annoyed.
EDIT: By the way, if you go in with an open mind and no expectations you might have more fun than you think. You don't necessarily have to love a band's recorded music to have fun at their live show.

I agree with you 100%, especially the last sentence because you could just have fun laughing at how bad they are?:P
