Everytime she lightes up, squirt her with a hose, squirter bottle, or fire extinguisher, then just say Oh, sorry, I saw smoke so I thought you were on fire!
You'll either have a fight on your hands or she will get the point. Hopefully you can kick her butt, then you say 'king' my rules.
