Is it normal I don't understand taxes?

I appreciate your acceptance and openess, however my culture is not important at the moment, your authority monitors Internet and I don't want to get in trouble saying too much. Your people are not ready for interaction with different species of same and higher intelligence in large scale.

You are a good person, if not any trouble I would like to know more about you. Do not be afraid of hurting my feeling or saying anything wrong, I am very relaxed and most likely something from your culture wont really offend mine. You can ask some questions about me too if curious, though some I may be unable to answer but I will try my best.
