Well, sadly, you can't control a persons mind. I suggest you ask her about what she's fantasizing about, and try to do those things with her. Usually, it isn't mostly physical, unless you're really out of shape, it's usually an emotional or sexual thing. And those are things you can work on to make her more focused on you.
However, she is still going to find others attractive and maybe think of them sexually, that's just human nature.
