I think it would be natural to "physically" lust over others while in a relationship, I am sure you have found other people sexually attractive (not romantically) when you were in a relationship, or when you felt something for someone, the difference is if they act on the lust.
We're only human. We will find attraction physically in other people, it's natural. It's why you should establish a romantic attraction with the person, because if you have that, the person may lust physically over someone else, like everyone does every once and a while, but the love they have for you is stronger than their primal lust for another.
