Yes, I know you don't want to kill anyone. But the idea is the same: People with disabilities have less right to be alive then the pretty people.
Personally I believe we're all worth the same, but even if I didn't believe that, your system doesen't make any sense. If there were "better people", why would it be the pretty ones? Why not the kind or the smart?
What is your goal for humanity? Strength? Well, we're already at the top of the food chain so there's really no need to be any stronger.
Or do you want happiness? Pretty people aren't any happier then everyone else - Especially not ones there are no more ugly people left to look down on. But some people with Down's syndrome are very happy.
Hmm ... maybe they should eradicate us. You know, for a better future.
People with blonde hair and blue eyes are obviously the most attractive, so only people with blonde hair and blue eyes should be allowed to have children. Sounds good to me.
