To me, it sounds healthy so long as you truly do find it fun and do not mind being his side hoe.
But do take caution - if you ever feel like this..arrangement? is unequal then end it. If you ever find yourself refusing other peoples sex/relationships OR it becomes a factor in ending a relationship with another, end it. If he ever gets aggressive about it or demanding you do it when you don't want to then end it, and make sure you're not obsessing over him just because he's attractive.
