Is it normal i don't like genres of music?

I'm not really a fan of country either. It's called preference. It's normal.

I like everything but dubstep.

Actually, I hate dubstep with the passion of a thousand suns. There... I said it.

I don't like grime or dub step or certain types of dance club music. It's totally soulless and artificial. My main interest is rock/metal but even then the genre is flooded with mainstream crap that totally destroys its honour. Music is one of the last existing magics.

Normal, but I can usually find at least one song in every genre to like.. even heavy metal, if I bothered to look.

I hate grouping music into genres when talking about what I listen to. Many artists mix two or more sounds, so the boundaries aren't really needed for any other reason than to give music distributors some easy way to categorize.

I like everything. Cept for monks chanting. That shit creeps me out.

I can pretty much listen to anything except modern rap music. There lyrics are INSANELY offensive.

The highest rate of suicides can be traced back to country music. Not that it means anything, but I prefer Instrumentals (music with no vocals) or classical.

A Genre is a rather large encompassing concept. I'm willing to bet that with a more open mind you could find at least one song that speaks to you.

You don't have to like everything out there...it's completely normal to not like the same music as your peers!

Normal! I dislike the same genres, only problem is that I am currently staying with my Jamaican uncle... Reggae is all he listens too :( ! X

Normal. Not everyone likes everything. I can't stand overplayed pop music, dubstep, country, and today's hip hop, and rap.

It's normal to not like certain genres of music. I think so far the only one I don't like it's country. Otherwise, I literally listen to everything. I love music.
