A while ago there was the tape worm diet. You ingest tape worm eggs in a pill and then hatch and anchor themselves to your intestines and whatnot. They extract nutrients/calories from what you eat and are definitely not tiny. They can grow to huge lengths.
No, they are long disgusting things that live in your stomach.
The tiny white worms live in fecal matter. I hate those things, but they make excelent bait for fishing.
Is it normal i don't gain any weight?
