It happens, especially if you have reason or just know how someone is. Based on experience, I know..If I needed my local sister to help me with anything, it wouldn't happen. Two of us live in a different area than most of our family, and I've done tons for her over the years. However, if I need something, I get excuses. Even if she did say yes to something, I honestly wouldn't trust her to follow through. She's too selfish.
As for the rest, I'd trust my oldest sister with anything, my brother with nothing unless it includes gambling or "action", and other relatives to be there..Not much. But, I know all of that going in, so, don't consider asking for help or trusting them to do what they say anyway. At least, not for me.
