    Yes it is. Hormone levels. Women have more estrogen. And pregnant women have hCG.

    And I think where I am is so common for people to try and cheat the system that they check. It also has to be a certain temperature or it's an automatic fail.

        No they have estrogen. In the teenage years they have very low levels and high testosterone levels. As men age their estrogen levels rise. Men with more fat have more estrogen because it is stored in your fat cells.

          it works the other way too, as women age they get more testosterone
