  • I would say go to your doctor for a physical. You could be lacking some vitamins or some chemical imbalance. I think that iron deficiency leads to being tired. I'm kinda the same way, but I don't sleep near as much as you do. I would also say that based on my own experiences you are sleeping so much that you body isn't getting enough exercise for your body chemistry. I would say try going for bike rides or going for more walks. The gym 2 times a week is not enough to get your body awake alive and feeling better. Just get out and try the walking first every night say for a half mile or even a quarter mile then work up. Also, your diet or eating habits can make a serious difference. Look deeper and maybe contact a nutritionist.
